  • 16 oz multicolored rotini pasta
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (diced)
  • 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
  • 2 oz black olives (sliced)
  • 1/2 large cucumber (peeled and diced)
  • 12 slices chopped chicken
  • 10 chopped cheddar cheese sticks
  • 1 cup sliced turkey sausage sticks
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with roasted red peppers, diced onion, black olives, cucumber, chopped chicken, cheddar cheese sticks, and turkey sausage.
  3. Pour 1/2 cup of Italian dressing over the mixture and toss gently until everything is well combined.
