Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets
  • Olive oil
  • Paprika
  • Cumin
  • Garlic powder
  • Baby potatoes
  • Asparagus
  • Cream cheese
  • Shredded cheese
  • Fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Coat the salmon fillets evenly.
  3. Halve baby potatoes and toss them with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs. Spread on one side of a baking sheet.
  4. Place the marinated salmon fillets on the other side of the baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes.
  5. While baking, wash and trim asparagus. Mix cream cheese and shredded cheese until smooth. After 15 minutes, spread the cheesy mixture over the asparagus and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
  6. Serve alongside garlic herb potatoes.
