  • 17.5-ounce package chocolate chip cookie mix
  • ½ cup salted butter (softened)
  • 1 large egg
  • 24 Oreos
  • 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ⅔ cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • Additional chopped Oreos for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate chip cookie mix, softened butter, and egg using a hand mixer until well blended.
  3. Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Layer 24 Oreos on top of the cookie dough.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and cornstarch until fluffy.
  6. Mix in sour cream until smooth.
  7. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined.
  8. Fold in chopped Oreos and spread the mixture over the Oreo layer in the pan.
  9. Top with remaining chopped Oreos and bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
  10. Cool on a wire rack to room temperature then refrigerate for at least three hours before serving.
