  • 6 roma tomatoes
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 1 head of garlic
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Baguette (for toasts)
  • Shredded gruyère cheese

Instructions
