  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • ⅛ tsp ground black pepper
  • 150 g unsalted butter
  • 160 g cream cheese
  • 220 g icing sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and spices.
  3. In another bowl, combine white sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, pumpkin puree, and vanilla extract until smooth.
