  • 1 cup Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cloves
  • 1 egg (beaten) for egg wash

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rectangles about 3 inches wide.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and ground cloves until smooth.
