  • 2 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out each crescent roll and cut into triangles.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, canned pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, and 1/3 cup sugar until fluffy.
  4. Spread a teaspoon of the filling on each triangle without overstuffing.
  5. Combine the remaining sugar with 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice; coat each filled croissant in this mixture.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
