  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tzatziki: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (drained), minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Season the Chicken: Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and season with smoked paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Grill or pan-fry the chicken over medium-high heat for 6–7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Rest before slicing.
  4. Assemble the Bowls: Layer chopped romaine at the bottom of each bowl and top with sliced cucumber, halved tomatoes, red onion slices, and grilled chicken.
  5. Serve: Add a scoop of chilled tzatziki on top and enjoy!
