  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and whole milk; simmer and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with Italian seasoning.
