  • 8 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 4 ounces turkey strips, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh thyme sprigs, for garnish
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the diced turkey strips until crispy; drain excess grease.
  4. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the pastry, leaving a border around the edges. Layer sliced Brie on top, add turkey strips and fresh thyme leaves, then season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling for a rustic look and brush with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and flaky. Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs before serving.
