  • 1 package store bought puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1/2 can cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 wheel brie cheese (cut into 24 ½” cubes)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (crushed)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Fresh rosemary (for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 3-inch squares.
  3. Place a cube of brie in the center of each square, top with cranberry sauce and walnuts.
  4. Enclose the filling by folding over the pastry edges and pinching to seal.
  5. Whisk together egg yolk and milk; brush over each bite for a golden finish.
  6. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh rosemary.
