Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Take golf ball-sized portions of the mixture, flatten them in your palm, place cheddar cheese in the center, and shape the meat around it to form balls.
