  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven. Combine flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt in one bowl. Cream softened butter with sugars in another bowl until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture and shape into taco shells on a lined baking sheet. Bake until set.
  2. For the cheesecake filling, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth and fold in whipped cream.
  3. To make cookie dough, cream butter with sugars; mix in vanilla before adding heat-treated flour and chocolate chips.
  4. Once taco shells cool completely, fill each with cheesecake filling followed by cookie dough.
